Barwon South Western Regional Integrated Cancer Services (BSWRICS) is part of the Victorian Integrated Cancer services (VICS).

The VICS are Victoria's cancer services improvement network and are nine Integrated Cancer Services located across Victoria, eight adult cancer services (three metropolitan and five regional), and one state-wide paediatric service.

Established in 2005 and funded by the Victorian Department of Health, they connect health care providers to develop, implement and evaluate initiatives that improve the provision of care and support to people affected by cancer.


About the Role
The BSWRICS Administration Officer provides administration and communications support to the BSWRICS team.

This includes the usual range of administration functions (meeting support, invoice management and general office functions) plus a range of digital communications support (online meetings, digital newsletter and website management).

To be successful in this role you will have a sound administrative background, be a skilled communicator and be proficient in a range of software systems.
