Who they are looking for right now


Working closely with our Head of Marketing, you will be a driving force behind all areas of our project marketing mix, working in consultation with our partners in property development.


You must have a Marketing background within the property development industry, or potential Account Management experience within marketing agencies that specialise in property development.


Responsibilities

  • Develop ongoing relationships with our partner property developers and sales agents to deliver collateral, content, and help them imbed our brand in their project marketing strategy and vice versa.
  • Manage channel partner and end consumer events and seminars.
  • Understand customer needs, market trends, competitive positioning and channel dynamics and use these customer insights to identify relevant marketing mid differentiated value proposition to reach the end user or channel.
  • Monitor competitors & market trends to adapt strategies & plans to reflect the changing market.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral e.g. including but not limited to, brochures, point of sale, trade presenter notes, display materials and retailer promotions and ensure where relevant dispatched to sales personnel in a timely manner.

Requirements:


  • Ideally 5+ years experience in Marketing, including experience driving campaigns into partner and property developer/agency networks
  • Experience around event coordination and management
  • Strong appetite for progression and being a part of a big solution
