Shared Services SA (SSSA) delivers corporate and business services to SA Government with a focus on service delivery improvement through consolidated systems and processes.

Payroll Services, as part of Shared Services SA manages the payroll function for most South Australian government employees paying 110,000 people $9.5b per year with 300 staff.


The Payroll Officer contributes to the delivery of professional, accurate and timely payroll services to client agencies and employees of the South Australian Government.


Special Conditions:


  • Multiple full time fixed term Contracts for up to 24 months will be available in the coming weeks and months. Our positions have pathways to ongoing employment.
