Lyons Den Cakes is an award winning cake studio that specialized in custom designed cakes. We are seeking a Delivery driver to help transport and set up cakes on Friday and Saturdays. This is a casual position consisting of 8 hours a week spread over 2 days. Award rates apply
On the job training provided is provided and all initial deliveries will be completed with our head cake decorator until competency.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Packing cakes for delivery
Driving a refrigerated delivery van
Delivering cakes to various venues around Adelaide
Setting up cakes onsite
Speaking to venue coordinators/ chefs
To be successful in this role:
Must have a valid full Australian drivers licence
Prior experience in food delivery advantageous
Food handling experience advantageous
Knowledge in the cake or wedding industry advantageous
Great customer service
Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously

$ $30.00 per hour

- Delivery driving: 2 years (required)
