Team Member

We are seeking people with experience in a hospitality role, who are available to work across our busy Christmas period; particularly in the afternoons/evenings, weekends and during school holidays.

A day in the life at Max Brenner:

Execute the daily operations of the store
Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience
Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including coffees, hot chocolates and decadent milkshakes
Prepare and serve dessert menu items including but not limited to our famous Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue and decadent Pizzas
Complete inhouse training to keep you up to date
Maintain a clean and wellpresented store

About You:

Previous hospitality experience is essential
Availability to work across the Christmas period, particularly afternoons/evenings, weekends and during school holidays
Energetic, positive and guest focused with can do attitude
Love the energy the hospitality industry brings
Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guest
Driven to provide exceptional guest service
Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team

Please note that the hourly rate of pay for this role will be dictated by the Restaurant Industry Award.
