The Role
Findstaff are seeking a full time, permanent Administration Assistant to be a part of our rapidly growing team based in the charismatic inner suburb of Kew.
Job Specification
We are looking for someone who enjoys all types of customer service with high attention to detail.
Your key responsibilities would include:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timesheets are processed on time
- Documenting processes and procedures
- Stocktake & ordering of stationary/PPE and uniforms
- General administrative duties
Requirements:
- Experience with office managerial
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a close knit team as well as independently
- Previous experience in a customer service and administration role
- Competent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Efficient; organised & able to prioritise competing tasks
