About the Company:

Unidex Healthcare currently going through a growth stage and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our internal team in Gold Coast.

We are a young and exciting company that has been able to build a sustainable business model and we seek to be innovators within our industry.

This includes with new service products, employee reward programs and so on.

Our expertise aligns with providing supports to individuals that have sustained spinal cord and brain injuries and this role would be responsible for building care teams to deliver the supports.

This role is a fulltime position offering an attractive salary + lucrative bonus structure. We are ideally looking for this role to commence as soon as possible for the right person.

This role will also provide you with a level of autonomy whilst also working within a supportive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities include:

Be the main point of contact for participants, their families, Coordinators and care teams
Liaise with key stakeholders (Speech Pathologists, OT, Physio, Clinical Coordinators etc)
Oversee current care teams ensuring the participants needs are met
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
Assist with discharges of new participants when needed
Ensure compliance is met within current legislation
Rostering of care teams
Ensuring the health and safety requirements are met
