Maternity Leave Cover - 8 Months

The Company
We're partnering with a well-known manufacturing organisation locate at Erskine Park. They have prominent brands and are strong leaders in their market, priding themselves on quality, customer service and innovation.

They are seeking an experienced accounts payable officer to join them on temporary basis to cover a maternity leave period of 8 months.


The Position
Working within a lovely team environment where your primary responsibility will include;

  • Management of supplier master data
  • Setup of new suppliers and subsequent updates to supplier details
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices
  • Ensure proper documentation and records of all invoices
  • Reviewing and reconciling accounts
  • Handling vendor queries and effective vendor communication
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Ability to work in the office 5 days per week
  • Must have strong attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • SAP and Excel will be highly regarded
