We excel in both client-facing and internal roles, providing exceptional program and project management capabilities throughout the entire project lifecycle.     Presently, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Newcastle. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in providing tactical asset maintenance and management support to clients in various industries, including water and wastewater utilities, built infrastructure, transportation, and public and private works. Your responsibilities will include offering valuable client and business development support for OMFS Asset Management, Operations, and Maintenance service offerings.

    Leveraging your extensive experience in asset availability, reliability, and maintainability, you will devise and implement short and long-term maintenance strategies that align with our clients' CAPEX and OPEX budgets. Your adeptness in identifying and prioritizing O&M business needs will be crucial in recommending necessary changes to optimize processes.

    With your strong analytical and organizational skills, you will proficiently identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns in complex O&M data sets. Moreover, your exceptional communication abilities will allow you to develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions to our clients, empowering them in their asset maintenance programs.
