Take Two Marketing & Events are looking for new
Reception / Admin Assistants to join the team. You will be responsible for providing phone support in a fast paced environment. You will be the first point of contact for customers.

You will be responsible for a variety of different tasks which will ensure each team can operate smoothly and efficiently.


Our office is conveniently located in the centre of
Bondi Junction, 60 seconds from the train station, and is full of dynamic and hard working individuals who all play a key role in the television advertising industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Taking inbound calls from customers and transferring them through to the correct department (i.e. Sales / Aftercare)
  • Assisting customers and providing help to customers using our website and the checkout stage (including assistance with payment options like AfterPay, ZipPay etc)
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Helping the Customer Service Team with returns and refunds
  • Providing customer support information on existing orders and delivery updates, and helping customers amend orders where possible
  • Other office admin duties

Key Skills:


  • MUST have a professional approach and phone manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable, committed & punctual
  • Very strong work ethic
  • Quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running
  • Excellent communication, people and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Google Apps / Google Workspace / GSuite is useful but not essential

Key Requirements:


  • Available to work between hours
    Monday to Sunday 9am to 6pm and Public Holidays (double pay)

Fluent English

Must be available to work over holidays such as New Year, Easter etc (Closed Xmas Day)

Experience:


  • Entry level position, no previous experience essential, but existing reception / admin duties would be an advantage
