Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Plan and organize promotional events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase the companies products and capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with sales team to develop marketing materials and tools to support sales efforts.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools and CRM systems.
