Your responsibilities would include;

  • Identifying areas for improvement or fixes
  • Manage relationships both internally and externally
  • Collaborate with architects and project managers on new processes
  • Produce concise technical documentation
  • Establish best practices
  • Good track record in an Application Analyst or similar role
  • Worked with CRMs or CMSs frequently
  • Great understanding of the software development life cycle
  • Ability to translate business requirements into obtainable objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Create technical documentation for future use
  • Grasp on user experience or best practices
  • Worked in an Agile team environment
