Audinate leads the world in networked media with our "Dante" technology used extensively in professional audio / video installations including live events, broadcast, entertainment venues and communications systems.
About the role*In this newly created role you'll work with our close-knit global People and Performance team who, as the name suggests, are passionate about enabling our people and their performance.
Using your deep HR expertise you'll develop and drive a variety of initiatives to build our employer brand, foster our diverse and inclusive values-led culture, reinforce belonging and inclusion, and ultimately enable a great employee experience.
Please note this is a 6 month contract position.Responsibilities
- Design and deliver our employer branding strategy, focusing both internally and externally
- Design and deliver initiatives to foster Audinate's unique culture and values, and support the ongoing development of a differentiated employee experience
- Design internal communications across a variety of channels, including sharing of stories, to enable the preceding responsibilities.
- Lead/support other initiatives to enhance and differentiate our employee experience
What we're looking for
- Strong HR experience and a demonstrated track record of successfully developing and delivering a variety of initiatives in a broad organizational context.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrated through internal and external comms experience.
- Ideally you will have proven experience developing and delivering employer branding initiatives.
- Experience in areas such as wellbeing, employee experience / employee engagement, employer awards or talent development would be an advantage.
- Experience gained within a technology environment and/or a fast growth environment would be an advantage.
