Voyages Indigenous Tourism Australia offers experience-based holidays in spectacular wilderness locations, including Ayers Rock Resort in the iconic Red Centre and tourism facilities in Mossman Gorge, located in tropical Queensland.


_This role is located at our office in Sydney, which serves as a central hub, providing support to our operational teams based in our two locations. _


We are seeking a CPA or equivalent qualified accounting professional with an eye for detail and strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills to join our Finance Team as
Group Financial Planning and Analysis Manager .

This role will see you improve the quality, timeliness and awareness around business performance and outlook to improve the quality of associated decision-making at strategic and operational levels across the business.


Key duties:


  • Developing financial and strategic plans, working closely with the leadership team
  • Modelling scenarios and developing business cases to support investments and other business decisions
  • Business owner of BI tools ensuring data integrity, appropriate integration between systems, efficient business use and continuous improvement

To be successful for this role you will have:

  • 10+ years in Finance roles with relevant associated responsibilities
  • CPA or equivalent accounting professional qualification
  • Experience managing and designing business intelligence tools. (Familiarity with Microsoft PowerBI and Workday planning would be beneficial)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present insights in a clear fashion to both financial and nonfinancial educated stakeholders.
  • Strong collaboration skills to interact and manage with a large variety of businesswide stakeholder
