About the Role:

We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our friendly, professional and highly driven Service Team to assist with all round office duties


The role involves:

  • Telephone enquiries
  • Fulfillment of orders, service bookings, and arranging of collection and delivery of appliance
  • Other admin and ad hoc duties.

If you like the sound of this, here's an idea of experience or skills you might have:

  • Experience in a similar role is desirable, however training will be provided
  • Excellent customer service focus with the ability to communicate and build relationships
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Possess a flexible, "can do" attitude with a curiosity to discover.
  • A strong commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to carry/lift more than 5kg

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 15-20 per week


Salary:
From $21.16 per hour

Experience:


  • Office administration: 1 year (preferred)
