About the Role:
We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our friendly, professional and highly driven Service Team to assist with all round office duties
The role involves:
- Telephone enquiries
- Fulfillment of orders, service bookings, and arranging of collection and delivery of appliance
- Other admin and ad hoc duties.
If you like the sound of this, here's an idea of experience or skills you might have:
- Experience in a similar role is desirable, however training will be provided
- Excellent customer service focus with the ability to communicate and build relationships
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Possess a flexible, "can do" attitude with a curiosity to discover.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to carry/lift more than 5kg
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
