Introduction to VIOOH
VIOOH launched in 2018.

From our headquarters in London, we connect media buyers and sellers across the globe using a custom, full-stack IT platform.

We've built partnership agreements with more than 40 DSPs, and programmatic access to premium Out-of-Home (OOH) inventory.

No-one is better placed than VIOOH to serve media owners and media buyers.

We know that owners want to maximise the commercial effectiveness of their assets, and that buyers want to get absolute maximum ROI on campaigns.

These interests are entirely compatible, because advertising that gets results works for everyone.


Financially backed by the world's #1 out of home company JCDecaux, VIOOH offers an integrated platform to provide automation and programmatic trading for the benefit of the whole Out-of-Home sector, incorporating both JCDecaux and other media sellers, as well as buyers.


The role


We are a fast growth company, working hard to change the conversation about the Out-of-Home industry, and focused on building our global presence.

Australia in particular represents a huge growth opportunity for VIOOH, and having already hired two Commercial heads, the time is now right to further accelerate our growth with locally-based marketing.


Based in Sydney with responsibility for the APAC region (currently covering Australia, New Zealand and Singapore) excluding HK and mainland China, this role sits within the Field Marketing team.

We're looking for someone with a solid marketing background, who can roll up their sleeves, think creatively and work independently to deliver successful marketing and communications campaigns.


Responsibilities include:

  • Create and deliver the tactical marketing plan for the allocated markets to grow VIOOH's visibility in market amongst agencies, DSPs, and media owner prospects.
  • Strategically plan, implement, and review all promotional activities, events, and leadgenerating activity using data, analytics, and creative thinking.
  • Manage all local marketing spend, measure and optimise return on investment.
  • Work with the marcomms team to promote VIOOH's brand across all communication channels, including working with our local PR consultant, the global PR lead consultant and our CMO to oversee PR in your region.
  • Source and manage speaking opportunities at industry events (online and offline), as well as VIOOHowned events as appropriate.
  • Work closely with to support our Commercial team and new media owner partners as they prepare to launch and on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with the Senior Research & Insight Manager as well as external partners to manage the creation of case studies / commercial award entries endtoend.
  • Support our Product Marketing team to launch new products/features in market.
  • Create or adapt engaging thought leadership content that will resonate with VIOOH's media owner, DSP and agency clients across the region.
  • Work with the rest of the Field Marketing team to coordinate and develop content to support our Business Development team needs.
  • Experience working in a marketing role (min 3+ years) in Australia.
  • Experience working within a media, tech or programmatic trading company.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, flexible environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • PowerPoint ninja and preferable experience in Hubspot
  • Drive to build things and develop a foundation this role requires someone with a desire to make an impact and a passion and ability to build campaigns from the ground up.
  • Flexibility: there will be times when you need to attend calls with London at the start/end of the day, and you are likely to need to travel to London once per year.


We're a small team so it's important that you are willing to lend a hand, offer an idea and jump in on projects (sometimes outside your role).

You will become a crucial member of our company and will be working alongside our product team, our commercial team and of course, our growing marketing team.
