In this role, you'll:


Work as part of the Prosecutions team to deliver high level administrative functions and support the attendance at Transport Agency court matters for Prosecution.


You will lead Administrative duties which may include registering and entering court details accurately, rostering, collating relevant resources including briefs, evidence and other supporting information which aids the Prosecutions Officer.


You will adapt to changing priorities and manage high volumes of tasks while providing a high level of customer service to Internal and external Stakeholders concerning prosecutions or appeals.

This is a fixed term opportunity up to 2 years until the end of May 2026. You will be based in our Macquarie Park offices however there is some flexible working arrangements available.

About you


You're a process driven Administrative professional who has had to learn new processes quickly, manage high volumes of work autonomously and proactively support members of the team.

You have supported an important business function with Administrative duties, creating close working relationships and partnering to drive outcomes.

Prosecution or Legal experience is not essential however it is a crucial function that requires accuracy, confidentiality and sensitively.
