Your new role


We're looking for people who have a real drive to make a difference—for our customers, for each other, and for CSC.


As the Governance and Board Services Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our small team responsible for managing CSC's corporate governance and Board activities.

Working closely with the Senior Manager and the General Counsel, you will ensure the efficient and professional management upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion.

In this role, you will attend committee meetings as the minute-taker and Board meetings as necessary. This may occasionally require travel to Sydney and Melbourne. Your tasks will include managing Board correspondence and records, drafting resolutions, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

You will proactively coordinate with Executives and Directors to develop Board and committee agendas liaise with executives to collate Board and Committee papers and nd follow up on action items.


The role will also assist in delivering CSC's Corporate Governance obligations through policy development and review, corporate assurance and other prudential requirements.


Desired Skills and Experience:


What you'll need to excel

  • Prior experience in a similar secretariat, administration or corporate governance position
  • Relevant qualifications in a discipline such as corporate governance, law, corporate secretarial
  • Demonstrated integrity, discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality, particularly in relation to dealing with sensitive information
  • Exceptional written communications skills, including meticulous attention to detail
  • Proven ability to produce detailed and accurate work under time pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to establish effective relationships and build high levels of trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
  • Comfortable navigating various IT platforms and adapting knowledge to new systems
