This is a great opportunity to work with this large National reputable organisation located in Melbourne CBD with hybrid flexibility.

The successful contractors will be working on a 7am-7pm rotating roster Monday to Friday, with some weekend shifts (overtime rates), working week 40 hours.

This role provides excellent training and a friendly and supportive working environment.


The role:


  • Receive inbound calls and make outbound calls (not sales), obtain necessary information, and utilise generalist knowledge to take appropriate action
  • Undertake administrative to support the provision of highquality service delivery
  • Maintain customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer data and information with confidentiality
  • Maintain accurate records and databases in their inhouse systems

Skills/Experience
The call centre/customer service representatives are often the first point of contact for the Department.

It is essential that you enjoy providing a high level of customer service treating customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and dignity.


  • 23 years experience in a call centre or customer service role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience within a large organisation would be preferred but not essential
  • High level of professionalism
  • Strong problem solving abilities, especially in a fastpaced environment
  • Being very resilient and adaptable, show initiative
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite
  • Tech savvy is essential
