This exciting opportunity is suited to an experienced Assistant Development Manager who is tertiary educated and passionate about property.
- Prepare business plan including project scope, budget, and overall development strategy
- Prepare and monitor budgets, maintain, and update Project Feasibility
- You will gain full exposure to all stages of development, acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery, and marketing in the Residential Land Team and be mentored by some of the best in the business.
- Formulate a master plan, obtain necessary approvals and conditions, and prepare design guidelines
- Support the Project Director in ensuring project delivery is scheduled and achieves cost objectives.
- Working with external stakeholders including consultants, council, services authorities etc.
- Collaborate with internal terms and resources on a range of matters, such as planning, design, engineering, legal, sales, and marketing.
- Assist with monitoring progress onsite, participate in site meetings, and monitor actions out of these meetings.
- Project manage aligned projects including managing stakeholders, tenders, budgets, site management, legal, sales and marketing and other development processes.
About You:
- Hold a degree in property, planning, engineering, commerce or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Sound financial analysis skills
- Effective influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
- Sound verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of property development within Greenfield Subdivisions would be an advantage.
