    An exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated fundraiser to contribute to revenue growth and awareness of a critical Not-for-profit across NSW and ACT regions.

    This full time position will support our client to deliver both national and local fundraising initiatives across NSW and the ACT.

    Description

    Revenue Generation

  • Contribute to the annual income and expenditure targets
  • Increase revenue from existing partnerships to ensure growth from corporate/community fundraising activities
  • Coordinate the preparation of presentations and proposals (including sponsorship,table sales, prizes, volunteers, etc)

    • Stakeholder Management
    Working with Direct Manager to:
  • Implement strategies to build the profile of corporate partnerships
  • Support the management of existing partnerships through exceptional customer service
  • Nurture existing supplier and stakeholder relationships
  • Develop relationships with community fundraisers over the phone and face to face to provide professional support with fundraising activities
    • Program Administration
  • Undertake administrative duties required, including; maintaining comprehensive database records on CRM system, expenditure records and up-to-date filing
  • Ensure fundraising compliance standards are adhered with all NSW/ACT fundraising activities and events
  • Provide support to the community fundraising team with responding to email and phone enquiries from supporters, processing of income, receipting and managing merchandise stock
  • Thank all Community fundraisers appropriately including phone calls, thank you letters, and certificates of appreciation
  • Ensure consistent promotion of the brand and messaging in line with brand guidelines
    • Profile

  • To be successful in this role, you have experience in generating revenue through community fundraising activities and events, including executing national campaigns at local level, maintaining and nurturing existing and building new donor, volunteer and community relationships
  • You will have the ability to engage with community fundraisers, individual donors, volunteers corporate supporters, and families connected to our cause.
  • You have a strong attention to detail, are driven by results, and be able to initiate and coordinate local fundraising opportunities, deliver local events, help deliver national fundraising and awareness campaigns and work towards and achieve annual targets and KPI's
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records on supporter/donor activity is also required
