About the role:

We are currently on the lookout for Digital Content Coordinators to join our Digital Communications team.


We have two roles available:

  • One fulltime ongoing role
  • One part time (0.6 FTE) maximum term role up to 12 months (parental leave backfill)


Reporting to the Manager, Digital Communications and Engagement, the Digital Content Coordinator is primarily responsible for coordinating content across our digital communications channels, with a focus on our intranet and corporate social media accounts.


You will work closely with the team to support the coordination of high quality, engaging content which is plain-language and accessible.

You'll create and promote content across our social media channels, including Meta advertising campaigns.

You'll also use your expertise to support intranet content authors with regular content updates and audits, making sure content is accurate, current and meets best practice requirements.


About you:


  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple corporate social media channels and adapting content for different audiences and in different formats including text, image, audio and video.
  • Demonstrated experience working with and using a content management system (any experience with Drupal and SharePoint will be highly regarded).
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility guidelines and website usability best practice principles.
  • Highly developed written and interpersonal skills, including excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deliver training and advice to staff.
  • An ability to manage multiple competing priorities and meet deadlines.
