Our client has managed complex supply chains for some of the worlds largest Manufacturers in over 70 shipping destinations.

Some of their client base includes food and beverage packaging companies.

They offer their clients a fully integrated 3PMRO procurement solution and their logistics concept is simple

Due to growth and expansion, they now have a new opening for a customer centric, Inventory/Spare Parts person to work at one of their customer sites as an Onsite Inventory Coordinator, located in Huntingwood, NSW.

Reporting to the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Purchasing with Spare Parts
  • Being the primary site contact for all parts related communication
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships by providing and processing information in response to enquires, quotations and orders
  • Following and adhering to site processes
  • Completing a variety of administration tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exposure to working in an Inventory/Spare Parts environment or warehouse administration role.
  • Good computer skills with fast and accurate typing
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service and work with a sense of urgency when required
