Full time position | Based in the city fringe- $60k + Super
- 5 days in the office
- You will be working for a client in the Insurance industry, this position will be based in the office full time. The role is a permanent opportunity, we are ideally looking for someone who has had minimum 3 4 years experience in a Finance Officer/ Accounts Officer position.
- The duties and responsibilities include:
- Manage all accounts admin tasks
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions and invoices
- Send out invoices to vendors and suppliers
- Process invoices and follow up with any queries
- Follow up with any customer queries and issues
- Process bank and credit card reconciliations
If you are to be considered for the role:
- You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts or Finance
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Great communication skills and the ability to resolve issues with stakeholders
