Full time position | Based in the city fringe
- $60k + Super

  • 5 days in the office
  • You will be working for a client in the Insurance industry, this position will be based in the office full time. The role is a permanent opportunity, we are ideally looking for someone who has had minimum 3 4 years experience in a Finance Officer/ Accounts Officer position.
  • The duties and responsibilities include:
  • Manage all accounts admin tasks
  • Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions and invoices
  • Send out invoices to vendors and suppliers
  • Process invoices and follow up with any queries
  • Follow up with any customer queries and issues
  • Process bank and credit card reconciliations

If you are to be considered for the role:

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Accounts or Finance
  • Have a keen eye for detail
  • Great communication skills and the ability to resolve issues with stakeholders
