Customer Service /Sales Support/Estimator
The Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quotes and complete sales orders
- Liaise with finance, production, technical and logistics teams
- Source and secure new jobs and customer leads
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Update stock control, quotations, and sales orders daily
- Organise the purchase of nonstock items
- Advise customers about delivery schedules
The successful applicant will have:
- Previous experience in sales and exposure working with customers, preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Display passion and drive to secure new customers
- Loves working in a vibrant and closeknit team
- Enjoy turning complex customer situations into positive experiences
- Forklift license or willing to get one
