Key responsibilities
- Working on innovative residential projects from concept to completion
- Produce good quality design outcomes
- Strong knowledge of NCC and state/local planning codes
- Understanding of the market cost of construction, building industry, practices, government rules & regulations
Skills and experience
- Relevant qualification in architecture (registration essential)
- Full Australian working rights
- Demonstrated local experience gained on high quality residential projects
- ArchiCAD skills
- Added bonus if you know SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative
- Exposure to all phases of the architectural process
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and visually
- Good knowledge of local codes and standards, and understanding of council controls & regulations
- A keen eye for detail and professional approach to work
