As Strategic Digital and Events Manager, you will be assisting in the roll out of the companies rebrand, you will be in charge of project management of the brand and the delivery of the brand through both internal and external communications, through digital and social media channels.

Furthermore, the development and creation of website and managing the overall launch event.


Job Description:


  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams, to architect truly integrated marketing campaigns plans, through multiple channels (online and offline).
  • Create a fully optimized strategy derived from evaluation of target audiences, demand generation engine performance, tested hypotheses, and analysis of conversion rates, to drive enhanced demand and lead generation.
  • Own strategy and delivery of strategic events programs, drive towards demand generation goals by creating events that will drive leads and contribute to pipeline through a seamless multichannel audience experience.
  • Develop and lead event project planning, stay on top of multiple event projects concurrently, anticipate on stakeholder input & alignment when meeting deadlines, and manage external parties/agencies on timely delivery of all project milestones.
  • Maintain external relationships with partners, event sponsors, vendors, and event venue managers.
  • Establish targets and metrics for events and marketing campaign reach and engagement and monitoring the results to ensure success and or required adjustment to strategy or tactics.

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record of digital marketing experiences across multiple touch points in similar Agency or within broader Consulting, Advertising Services, Commerce, Digital, PR, Content or broader Media experience will be a plus.
  • Solid integrated marketing experience (B2B a plus)
  • Proven track record of organizing big thought leadership event experiences such as industry events, webinars, webcasts as well as more personal events.
  • Excellent organizational skills ability to build processes and checklists and enjoy driving your projects forward.
  • Great collaborator find it easy to get buy in to your projects and unblock challenges as they arise.
  • A fastpaced attitude consider yourself a "gogetter" and enjoy quickly getting stuck in.
  • Excellent project management, communication and presentation skills, interpersonal and timemanagement skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management expertise
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Ability to build effective crossgroup working relationships
  • Excellent IT systems knowledge and experience
