The Opportunity:


We are currently looking to recruit a Team Assistant (Administrator/Junior Legal Secretary) to join our Brisbane office on a full time, permanent basis.


This role would suit someone with a strong administrative background, seeking growth and development to become a Secretary/Executive Assistant (Practice Executive).


Joining as a Team Assistant you'll be responsible for providing proactive and effective general administration assistance across a diverse range of tasks within the Brisbane office.

You will work closely with Practice Executives, Lawyers & Senior Associates to assist with a broad range of administrative tasks across the Firm, offering you exposure and variety in your day to day responsibilities.

Working in a team environment, alongside likeminded individuals, you are able to build your administrative and secretarial skillset.

Development within the Team Assistant role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.


About You:

In this role you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • "Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong client focus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Behave in a professional manner, and personable and approachable at all times.
  • Technical ability in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
