Responsibilities:


Sustainably increase the volume of sales in wholesale accounts to hit and exceed budgeted targets and KPIs through current and new customers.

  • Actively seek out activations and other such opportunities that will directly result in increased revenue volume for current and potential Mr; Consistent accounts;
  • Managing relationships with existing wholesale customers with the view to maximizing the sales volume of Mr; Consistent products;
  • Sustainably gain new "wholesale" accounts for both on and offpremise;
  • Representing the Mr; Consistent Brand for the area with wholesale clients;
  • Being Handson, when required, in all operational aspects as required by the company;
  • Proactively make suggestions for promotional and marketing activity that you believe would drive increased sales;
  • Work with individual accounts to find ways to help them have success in selling products; Tailor programs specifically to each location to ensure success;
  • Identify and chase opportunities for new accounts that align with company strategy to onboard new accounts sustainably.

Be the eyes and ears for promotional opportunities for the events and marketing team to meet strategic Brand targets.

  • Help identify and Execute "promotional events" to increase Brand awareness, through onpremise and offpremise venues in your region;
  • Be Knowledgeable of your area; Know where the parties are at; Who is going to them? What bars are going off and when;
  • Be present at events in your area as an ambassador for Mr; C, and always foster a culture of excitement in the brand and cocktail lifestyle;
  • Be active on social media, and create content for the Mr; C marketing team to use for posting from events, parties, bars, stockists, etc as much as possible;

Manage the brand visibility and presence through on-premise and off-premise wholesalers at a store or venue level to position products and branding opportunities in optimum locations.

  • Actively seeking out Point of Sale opportunities across wholesale accounts inline with promotional budget allocation and marketing direction;
  • Executing all new product launches in line with marketing's direction;
  • Recognize collaborative marketing opportunities with key accounts to increase brand awareness and volume of sales;
  • Find ways to increase engagement of all retail and venue frontline staff to become Mr. C fans.
