We have 2 job opportuinities available


1st - will be predominantly based in the Northern Beaches and North Shore looking after our Strata accounts - you will be required to make frequent visits to the clients and ensure that the premises are being cleaned and maintained as per the scope of works. Conducting audit reports using iAuditor and keep the strata managers and committee members always updated. This role will also involve a lot of upsell like pressure washing, carpet cleaning - this job is ideally suited to someone that has worked as a cleaner within Strata accounts,


2nd - this is looking after some of our largest accounts in the CBD, Liverpool, Auburn and Inner West, you will be required to make frequent visits to the clients and ensure that the premises are being cleaned and maintained as per the scope of works. Conducting audit reports using iAuditor and keep the strata managers and committee members always updated. This role will also involve a lot of upsell like pressure washing, carpet cleaning - previous cleaning experience is essential


Requirements:


To effectively look after this role, you must have previous cleaning experience to be able to show the other cleaners how things are supposed to be done, excellent punctuation as you will be going into clients' sites, team Leader or management skills are preferred but not essential, fantastic team player but you must also be able to work alone, good problem solver and enjoy a fast-paced environment., previous quality control and account management experience is essential.


Duties to include, however not limited to.

  • Manage the quality control checks for commercial and strata accounts, developing and further enhancing this procedure
  • Following up on previous issues with regards to quality control and implementing procedures to overcome reoccurring issues
  • Cleaner training, if problems persist in certain accounts, the cleaners may need additional support
  • Cleaners' cupboards quality control for key accounts
  • Preparing IAuditor reports for the clients
  • Maintaining ISO 9001 quality control and reporting records
  • Training new cleaners and onboarding
  • Checking equipment used by cleaners is in a good state of repair
  • Attending all new strata / commercial jobs and ensuring the onboarding of new accounts runs smoothly
  • Be the first point of contact for our client
  • Lead the cleaning team
  • Undertake people management, including training and administration functions
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders
  • Coordinate periodic works and extra works
  • Managing and overseeing invoicing for extra works and incontract works
  • Conduct routine site audits (cleaning inspections)

Upsell

You will also be required to upsell, items such as consumables, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, pressure washing, and other associated services so a good eye for detail, and sales tactics

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
