The Opportunity _

Our Assistant In Nursing (AIN) are highly visible and play a key role in helping us achieve this.

Supported by the clinical, lifestyle and hospitality teams, you will work with limited direct supervision and be responsible for delivering resident-centric care in a timely and compassionate manner.

Enabling residents to make choices and have control over their support needs.

About You_

At Infin8care, we hire on attitude and aptitude.

What is essential however is that you are resident centric, with the ability to "think on your feet", an effective communicator who builds rapport and professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.

In addition, you will also

Hold a certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR have completed 1st year nursing studies (including placement).
Minimum 1 year in Australian Aged Care Sector
Must Have a valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
Annual CPR and Manual Handling training skills are up to date
Excellent work ethic, commitment to your colleagues, be proactive and measured attitude to identifying & preventing safety hazards in the workplace.
Adopt a safetyfirst approach to daily tasks and supporting colleagues at all times.
Commitment to attend safety specific training and upskilling sessions paid by the company.
Willingness to come up with safety ideas that improve awareness, hazard reduction and incident reporting.
As part of being an Infinite Aged care employee you will be required to complete preemployment checks.
