ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager to be based in Melbourne to support the sales team as the business goes through a rapid period of growth.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage and grow VIC and TAS territories
Establish relationships with independent businesses within the Audiology space
Develop and implement sales strategies to reach independent channels and expand market share
Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, meet client needs, and provide aftersales service
Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the assigned territories

ABOUT YOU

Previous experience in healthcare sales pharmacy, optical or medical devices, preferred
Proven track record of success in B2B sales or account management, with a focus on the commercial independent channel, essential
Motivated selfstarter with a 'hunter' mindset and passion for achieving sales goals
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel
