    UDirect is part of Avivo but is designed to sit separate to service delivery. We work to support participants to design and implement their plan in a way that works for them so, although we do refer to Avivo, we also refer to a variety of other providers. Plan management works with NDIS participants to manage their funding. We can work with participants who have self, plan or agency managed budgets.

    About the role

    The position of UDirectFinance Officer is a 'hands on' role and works as part of the UDirect team alongside the Advisors and Support Coordination team. This position will be part of a team responsible for processing invoices and payments and various administration tasks including data entry and reporting. The role works to ensure the ongoing operations of key systems and processes, relating to services that support customers who have chosen to manage their own funding.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Administration tasks including data entry and maintaining accuracy of information
    • Production of reports and statements
    • Processing invoices, acquittals, payments and wages
    • Accessing funder portals and updating accordingly
    • Creation of budgets, customer records, employee records and general data collection as required
    • Receives, directs and manages communications on behalf of the UDirect team and links to the correct advisor or support coordinator
    • Maintains accurate information and records for people managing their own funds
    • Responsible for accurate maintenance of wages, taxation and superannuation
    • Works collaboratively with all team members to deliver quality support to people
    • Collaboratively supports the entire UDirect team to provide quality service by undertaking tasks as requested
    • Prepares and processes effective financial information
    • Communicates effectively with people and their networks

    Required skills :

    • Outstanding attention to detail
    • Understanding of NDIS is an advantage
    • Flexible approach to your work
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
