About the role:

Your key responsibilities will be:

Orders and order processing for wholesale customers
Returns faulty product, credits, returns
Freight tracking consignment processing, freight investigation
Dealing with customer complaints
Assisting customers with product & stock enquiries
Marketing promotions
Identifying areas for process improvement and make recommendations to the leadership team
Being adaptable to multiple brands and Wholesale businesses/accounts.
Managing and keeping to tight deadlines

To be successful you will have:

Previous customer service or data entry experience, preferably from the retail or wholesale industry
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong computer & Microsoft Office skills
Adaptable, flexible, and able to work autonomously
Ability to display a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction
Problem solving and multitasking is second nature to you
