Elevate your career with our client as a Finance Business Partner, where your financial acumen drives strategic decisions. Our client is a large Not for Profit with a well-respected brand.

In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with senior executives, providing insights into financial, operational and strategic matters.


Your Responsibilities:


Advanced Analysis:
Harness the power of tools like PowerBi and IBM Cognos Planning Analytics to conduct intricate budgeting, forecasting and deep analysis of monthly results;

Business Insight:
Develop, collate and review key performance indicators, offering valuable insights into market trends and identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains;

Strategic Guidance:
Partner with senior executives to provide guidance on financial, operational and strategic initiatives;

Stakeholder Liaison:
Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to implement reporting enhancements and drive business growth;

System Enhancement:
Continuously improve business analysis capabilities using data sets and PowerBi reports, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights;

Financial Reporting:
Lead the completion of monthly management reports, including Board reporting and operational management team reporting requirements; and


Compliance and Planning:
Collaborate with financial accounting teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and lead annual budget and reforecast processes.


Your Qualifications and Experience:

CA |CPA | CIMA qualified;
Proven experience in business partnering or advisory roles within a dynamic environment;
Proficiency in building and maintaining PowerBi dashboards and handling large datasets extracted from multiple systems;
Excellent stakeholder management skills; and

Knowledge of Planning Analytics is considered a strong advantage.
