  • This role will provide you with an opportunity to coach, provide strategic direction, and operational support to a team of dedicated wellbeing coordinators across selected NSW and QLD sites._
The Business


We are one of the largest owners, operators and developers of retirement living communities in Australia, with a current portfolio of 76+ villages and over 17,000 residents calling our villages home.

The Role


We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Resident Wellbeing Manager to join our Retirement Living Business on a full-time, permanent basis.

Reporting through to the National Health and Wellbeing Manager, your key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to wellbeing coordinators with program planning and service delivery that includes ensuring wellbeing village events/initiatives are being implemented in an efficient manner
  • Working collaboratively with the village operational teams to ensure optimal delivery of the resident wellbeing program
  • Ensuring service delivery is meeting program related KPI's
  • Understanding and evaluation of the data measures relating to the resident wellbeing program to drive continuous improvement within the program
  • Building relationships that will support the strategic growth of the resident wellbeing program
  • Ensuring the national resident wellbeing calendar is being actively delivered and promoted across villages in the region
  • Ensuring allocated regional funds are being managed and appropriate expenses record keeping is being completed

About you:


Your proactive and driven attitude will see you succeed in the team, as well as an ability to work autonomously to deliver wellbeing outcomes.

Effective stakeholder engagement, strong communication and team management will be key to your success in this role, as will:

  • A degree qualification in an Allied Health profession, Health promotion and/or Heath Science
  • Relevant Industry experience in Aged Care/Health sector and/or working with seniors
  • Relevant clinical experience with health promotion, service planning and service delivery with preventative health/wellbeing programs or initiatives
  • A current Australian Driving Licence
  • Leadership experience
  • managing a team and developing others
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional budget management skills
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Current First aid certificate
  • desirable
  • Postgraduate qualifications in relevant field (as above)
  • desirable
