About the role:

This is a unique opportunity to join our Customer Operations team.

As a Customer Relationship Team Leader at Origin Zero, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Relationship Executives who manage relationships with our top 15,000 high-value business customers regarding their sustainability goals.

This role is not just about overseeing a call center; it's an opportunity to shape a premium service offering that ensures our customers consistently experience ownership, accountability, and excellence.

This experience you bring to our customers will give them confidence to get through to someone who takes ownership and accountability for getting things right.

  • Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving business objectives and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Lead and inspire a team of Customer Relationship Executives, fostering a positive and highperformance work culture.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to team members, empowering them to excel in their roles
  • Set clear performance goals and expectations for the team, regularly monitoring individual and team performance.
  • Offer support and guidance in handling complex customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution

What will you bring?

  • Experience in a Leadership role in Energy or a similar industry within a contact centre or customer service environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent problem solving and decisionmaking abilities, coupled with a customer centric mindset
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive performance improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve complex customer issues and escalations
