What you'll be doing
Your day will see you helping customers develop the skills and confidence needed to manage their NDIS plan.

Initially, your role will be to help customers get started with their NDIS plan; supporting the implementation of all supports in their NDIS plan.

You will act as the key liaison point for all related services selected by the individual.

Over time, however, you will play an integral role in helping each participant build their own capability to take ownership of the Support Coordination function over time.
