Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:

  • Review all the open tickets and conduct the daily stand-up meeting on the progress of tickets
  • Well versed with ITIL process, Service Requests, Incident Management & Change Management
  • Required excellent communication skills (Verbal & Written) as they will be dealing with multiple stake holders
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Adhere to SLA's while resolving the tickets specifically "Incidents"
  • Debug and fix production issues by analysing the tickets
  • Production deployment as per Change management process
  • Discuss with vendors if there is any product issue and not able to fulfil the request till it get resolved.
  • Provide Application & Technology knowledge training for graduates/freshers newly joined in the team, specific to technologies.
  • Be a part of regular meetings with client

Let's talk about your capability and experience:

  • Should have experience in API Management; Must have development experience in Axway MFT
  • Should have knowledge in Rest APIs, SOAP, XML Concepts ,JSON
  • Extensive knowledge on Axway APi Gateway components.
  • Developed APIs using policy studio.
  • Good understanding of SOA
  • Knowledge of webservices.
  • Knowledge of security standards.
  • Any Scheduling product like JAMS Enterprise Job Scheduler/ActiveBatch Workload Automation/Stonebranch /Automic Automation/Cleo Integration Cloud/IBM Workload Automation/Snowflake.
  • Ready to work in Production support
  • Must have experience in Linux/Unix environments
  • Must have experience in integrating MFT system with other components
  • Must have programming knowledge
  • Should have experience in Winscp or similar tools
  • Should have knowledge of inbound/outbound file transfersms
  • SQL knowledge is required
  • Should be comfortable working with Git, SVN, winscp, putty
