Variety of Shifts Available Across 7 days and Public Holidays

Must be avilable to pick up shifts at short notice

Collarcare is working with multiple Residential Aged care Facilities in Perth's Northern suburbs and has shifts available over 7 days, AM, PM and night shits.

Flexible working hours, manage your own roster with our in-house rostering app.

Must be available at short notice and be able to attend shifts within 1-2hrs so having access to a reliable vehicle is essential.

About You

You are an individual with a caring nature who gets satisfaction in making a positive difference in the lives of our residents every day.

You enjoy working in a team where no two days are the same.

What do you need to have?

12 Months minimum working within an Aged Care, Home Care or similar environment
Certificate 3 in Aged care, Individual Support or Diploma in Community Services
Flu vaccination for 202 100 points ID
Current Police Check and NDIS Clearance or willingness to obtain
Manual Handling Certificate
Full Australian Working Rights

What will you be doing?

Providing quality care and support to residents with their activities of daily living
Work collaboratively as part of a team and demonstrate team spirit
Complete reporting and documentation based on facility policies and procedures
Deliver excellent customer service
Interaction with residents, families and friends in a helpful and positive manner
Following aged care standards on every shift.
