Women's & Children's Health Network provides state of the art health care for women, babies, children and young people across South Australia.

We are the state's leading provider of specialist care for children with acute and chronic conditions as well as being SA's largest maternity and obstetric service.


Our community-based services also reach hundreds of thousands of babies, children and young people, their families and communities across South Australia through our various services and programs in areas such as our Mental Health, Child & Family Health services, Youth Health and Aboriginal Health services.

The Opportunity


An exciting opportunity exists to join the
Administration Hub - Paediatric Phones team as an
Administrative Officer, ASO2 on a
permanent contract, working in a
full-time capacity.


The Administrative Officer is responsible for the provision of a confidential secretarial, reception and administrative services to the Women's and Children's Health Network.


Administrative Officer positions work on a weekly rotation roster, across various shift times within the clinical areas and Administration Hub across the Health Network, thus being multi-skilled in all aspects of the Outpatient Departments and varied administrative areas.


About You


To be successful in this role, you will use your experience in providing a range of administrative functions, including answering incoming telephone calls, prioritising work, meeting deadlines and assisting with maintaining information systems.


If you have the ability to maintain confidentiality, the ability to perform duties autonomously, the ability to communicate, both verbal and written and the ability to work under limited direction, then this role is for you.
