HomeCare Australia is a leading family owned and operated organization and provides services to assist the elderly and disabled to stay living independently in their own homes for longer.

We are an approved aged care package provider and NDIS provider. We provide services in NSW and QLD.

We seek a driven and experienced individual to join our growing team. This role is pivotal to the successful service delivery function within our business which is centralised.

Your role will involve the following:

  • Ensuring that service delivery and rostering issues are actioned on the same day
  • Constant contact with careworkers and clients
  • Updating our database with everything you do
  • Meeting and assessing new clients for onboarding into our business
  • Working to key performance indicators


To be successful in this role you will need a high degree of drive coupled with a passion for helping our most vulnerable citizens.

You will also need a driver's license and comprehensive car insurance (you will be paid a car allowance). This role needs a high degree of proactivity and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
