ABOUT THE ROLE- Pricing Coordinator
The Pricing Coordinator is an integral role within the Sales Department. This position will be responsible for providing sales and administrative support to the Sales Department.

  • Provide quotations to regular and new businesses
  • Communicating with customers before, during and after sales process
  • Ensuring customer relationships are maintained
  • Liaising with PFS offices, agents, contractors, third parties and clients in Australia and overseas
  • Manage enquiries from customers
  • Follow up on quotes utilising the quotes register
  • Ensuring customer contact details are accurate and current along with the recording of all relevant information
  • Liaise with various departments within the business

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCEED

  • Previous experience working for a shipping / freight forwarding company
  • Pricing Coordinator experience
  • Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of Oil and Gas operations
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of general freight forwarding, break bulk, heavy lift, over dimensional and special project cargoes
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
  • High attention to detail and strong planning and organising skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to collate data for reporting purposes
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
