This individual will be a critical driver to the overall enhancement of the organisation's employee well-being through Human Resources, Employment Relations, and Work Health and Safety.

The Opportunity
Leading a small team, the People & Culture Manager will;

Embody full HR function oversight and leadership.
Business partner, coach and empower Managers throughout employeerelated matters.
Drive WHS and employee wellbeing strategy and initiatives.
Develop and deliver a new workforce plan.
Be a key contributor to the implementation of a new HRIS platform.

About You

Minimum three years of HR generalist experience in a management or team leader capacity.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field.
Existing understanding of employment legislation and industrial agreements.
Prior experience working in the disability services sector or other community service areas is highly preferred.
