We specialise in implementing modern business solutions and advising in business transformation initiatives across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Your role will be to use your extensive knowledge in Appian to deliver rapid, innovative solutions to our customers.

You will work in an agile environment as part of a multi-functional team on a variety of initiatives.

This will enable you to rapidly develop your career in an area of high growth at the sharp end of business innovation and transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop transformation strategies and workplans for client operations
Design and implement BPM based solutions
Lead teams on project related tasks ensuring delivery dates are met
Coordinate and leverage broader teams to support in executing agreed strategy
Project, manage and implement operational excellence program day to day
Implement metrics to track progress and milestones of delivery to client.
Identify new business opportunities for Appian implementation.
Identify opportunities to crosssell other product lines/services.
Contribution and expansion of the Centre of Excellence.
Contribute to Appian Community App Market to boost Procensol' s presence in the Appian Marketplace.
Work with our clients to prioritize business requirements, define and plan releases/sprints. Perform story point estimation and define acceptance criteria.
Facilitate the capture and documentation of business requirements to technical requirements.
Design & implementation of modules and App connectivity methods like Web API, SOAP requests with WSDLs.
Support data migration, loading and conversion between data stores.

You will need to be;

Education Qualification:

A minimum of Bachelor's Degree
