    Description

    Green Light Worldwide are partnered with and assisting our client, a well-known, Australian professional services company, who are seeking Service Delivery Manager to assist in a long-term Defence project.

    Our client is looking for candidates to work only 2 to 3 days per week for a 12 month contract.

    Background
    Three systems in scope, in a mission critical environment. Helpdesk, infrastructure project delivery and sustainment and other services.

    Role Description

    • Accountable for service delivery oversight. Service Delivery management plans and associated standard operating procedure creation. Reporting in alignment with contract obligations.
    • Contract and scope management. Budget/financial management.
    • A minor amount of Australian travel anticipated (travel expenses will be covered in alignment with Commonwealth policies)
    • Willingness to be on-call out of hours for special events as an escalation.
    • Experience / Certifications Required: +7 years commercial and contract governance experience +7 years consulting experience. Extensive ITIL experience. Experience in Government or private sector for Government.
    • MILIS experience desirable

    • You must be an Australian Citizen to Apply.
    • You must also possess an active AGSVA NV1 or higher Security Clearance.
    • The Consultant must be based in Canberra, WFH opportunity available.
