Skills and Experience
-
MUST have worked in an early childhood service or preschool within Australia.

  • Have minimum of 2 years experience as a Assistant Director.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to inspire and mentor a team
  • Ability to assist with mentoring the kindergarten and below 3's program
  • Sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQF
  • A professional and empathetic approach toward families
  • Ability to work collaboratively with coeducators

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood / Diploma of Children Services or equivalent qualification
    MUST be approved by ACECQA

Minimum 1 year experience as a centre manager

  • Or,
    MUST have 2 year's experience as an assistant manager
  • Current First aid
  • Current Anaphylaxis
  • Current Asthma qualifications
  • Current VIT / WWCC
