The Role
As the Personal Assistant to a Principal, your role will include providing support to this Principal and the Team of Consultants
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangement
- Event management
- Project involvement
- Conference coordination
- Expense reimbursement
- General administrative support to the team
- Preparation of documents, correspondence, tenders, presentations, and reports
- Support the wider team with teleconferences and meeting room setups
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience within administration or support role, ideally from a corporate environment
- Confidence and a proactive attitude
- A professional presentation style, and a positive and proactive attitude to work
- The ability to liaise and support high levels and different personalities within the business
