What this job involves


Join a major client account as a Transaction Manager / Leasing Executive for our clients WA, SA and NT portfolio.

The role can be full-time or part-time which can be worked across four days a week. This role can be hybrid with flexibility working from office and home.


The role will oversee a range of exciting leasing activities including serving as a primary point of contact relating to lease renewals, negotiations, lease options, market rent reviews, sub leasing and early surrender, general property management matters, market research and analysis.


Also important is becoming a trusted advisor to our client, complying with existing reporting processes while thinking strategically, driving ongoing improvement and innovation.


Negotiating with lessors on property transactions, securing tenure for our client, ongoing occupancy and access across the portfolio and management of administrative related duties including periodic performance reporting will also be key responsibilities.

Desired experience and technical skills
Requires at least 2 years' experience in retail transaction/leasing management in the property industry and relevant degree qualification

Specific experience sets required include lease and licence negotiations, preparation of client submissions and preparation of lease and licence documentation

A trusted performer on a wide range of client-facing property operations requirements and service delivery imperatives.

Strong knowledge of the transactions process, combining a broad grasp of relevant best practice principles.

Ability to participate in multi-disciplinary teams and to work independently (with limited supervision).
