West End Location- $140,000 Package, Permanent Full-Time Role

The Position
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide superior influencing, technical skills, consultation and advice to contribute to several people and culture initiatives company-wide.
You will be an integral part of the Human Resources team, working closely with the Head of HR, wider HR team and all leaders of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide commercial and pragmatic industrial and employee relations advice and coaching to leaders at all levels throughout the business;
- Support, develop and assist all member of the Human Resources team including supporting junior level staff on a regular basis;
- Be involved in the development and implementation of HR related frameworks throughout the organisation relating to industrial relations, employment relations, succession planning, workforce planning and workplace health and safety;
- Improve, manage and execute people related projects at all stages of the employment life cycle.
Skills and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in human resources, management or related business discipline;
- Demonstrated experience in a multisite HR Business Partner role working within industrial and employee relations frameworks;
- Team player attitude with an approachable and professional demeanour to all people always;
- A passion for, or previous experience with change management and HR projects you recognise change is a positive thing and embrace and advocate for change.
